Eigentlich fast schon eine fertige Vorlage für unseren L3T-Artikel zum “Technologieeinsatz beim Lernen in Unternehmen”! Jane Hart gibt hier einen Überblick über die fünf Entwicklungsphasen des “Workplace Learning”: vom (1) “classroom training” über (2) “e-learning”, (3) “blended learning”, (4) “social learning” bis zu (5) “collaborative learning/ working”. In diese Systematik packt sie weitere Ressourcen und Themen, z.B. die fünf Formen des “workplace learning” (etwas zu verspielt, wie ich finde), dazu Grundsätzliches wie den Übergang zur “knowledge economy”, Aktuelles in Form einer Referenz an Daniel Pink (10 Minuten Video in interessanter Umsetzung!) und hervorragende Übersichtsgrafiken. Und sie wäre keine Beraterin, wenn sie für alle, die wissen wollen, wie sie Level 5 erreichen können, nicht einen Ratgeber parat hätte:
