Ein oder zwei Einschätzungen des laufenden Jahres liegen noch in meinem Postkorb (und ich weiß nicht, ob ich sie noch herauskramen werde). Dieser kurze Ausblick hat mir direkt gefallen, so dass ich ihn hier  verlinke. Er stammt von Esteban Venegas, Direktor des Observatory at the Institute for the Future of Education of Tec de Monterrey, und hat eher die Hochschulen als Corporate Learning im Blick. Ich finde aber, die Stichworte „passen“ sehr gut und sind leicht übertragbar. Sie werden übrigens kurz erläutert und teilweise um weitere Ressourcen und Events ergänzt.
