Folgende Frage hat sich Philippa Hardman in ihrem jüngsten Artikel gestellt: „How do we build AI-augmented workflows for L&D that capture AI’s upside while actively managing the risks?“ Denn gerade beim Thema Lernen, so Philippa Hardman, fließen natürlich viel Alltags- und Halbwissen in die Trainingsdaten der Sprachmodelle ein. Deshalb hat sie einen Prozess zur Qualitätssicherung aus fünf Schritten entwickelt, ihn FRAME genannt und die Arbeitsweise dahinter ausführlich beschrieben. Es ist, so könnte man es auch nennen, ein Beitrag zur Entwicklung von KI-Kompetenzen für Bildungsexpert:innen.

Philippa Hardman schreibt: „Tests of the FRAME™ method that I’ve run with L&D teams shows that structured approaches to AI integration have the potential to significantly increase the quality, consistency and velocity of L&D workflows.“ Das Prozessmodell ist etwas komplexer und richtet sich vor allem an L&D-Teams, die die Integration von KI in ihre Arbeitsprozesse systematisch und strukturiert angehen wollen.
