Lifelong Scope for Measuring Lifelong Learning
Oder, wie der Autor schreibt, „the discrepancy between this broad understanding of lifelong learning and the way we measure it.“
„The report also revisits what counts as a learning opportunity in increasingly hybrid and digital environments. For measurement, this means looking beyond the traditional formal/non-formal/informal categories and recognising a much wider landscape of learning. Making this approach operational will require equally ambitious data development. The OECD discusses longitudinal surveys, better integration of administrative and survey data, cumulative records of qualifications and capabilities, and new forms of data integration as possible routes forward.“
