Steve Wheeler, E-Learning-Experte an der University of Plymouth, hat vor einigen Tagen auf der UNESCO Open Educational Resources Conference in Windhoek/ Namibia präsentiert und seine Slides jetzt online zur Verfügung gestellt. Darin gibt Steve Wheeler eine Übersicht über die OER-Idee, ihre Grundprinzipien, ihre Vorteile und weist noch einmal auf “3 main areas of activity” hin:
