“Eagle-eyed readers will have noticed that I’ve changed this blog’s title from “Learning in the Social Workplace” to “Workforce Collaboration” Why? Well, to try and avoid the “learning” word or at least the term “social learning”! Let me explain.”
Und dann argumentiert Jane Hart, warum “social learning” zwar besser als “learning” sei, aber da immer noch viele “learning” mit “training” gleichsetzen, hier nur ein radikaler Schnitt hilft. Jetzt also “workforce collaboration” und “workforce collaboration services”. Die Argumentation ist schlüssig, und ich bewundere die Konsequenz, mit der Jane Hart diesen Schritt geht. Aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob er hilft, Missverständnisse zu vermeiden.
