What Sells CEOs on Social Networking

Vor sechs Jahren hat Andrew McAfee ja den Artikel geschrieben, der das Label “Enterprise 2.0″ in Umlauf brachte (”Enterprise 2.0: The Dawn of Emergent Collaboration”). In diesem Interview, wie schon das damalige Original in der MIT Sloan Management Review, lässt er Geschichte und Thema noch einmal Revue passieren. Nicht viel Neues. Unter anderem empfiehlt er drei Argumente, um CEOs zu überzeugen:

- ”If only HP knew what HP knows, we’d be three times more productive.”
- “Your weak-tie network is an extremely valuable thing for you.”
- “Yeah, the other one that’s big is that all the executives that I talk to are aware that their kids are working very differently than they are.”
