Leading Learning Forward (from Learning Management to Learning Leadership)

Wieder hat Jane Hart ein Update ihres “The State of Learning in the Workplace Today”-Artikels verfasst. Der erste Teil verspricht “20 reasons the traditional Training/L&D Department needs to change”. Diese Dramaturgie gefällt mir (das wäre auch eine schöne, klare Präsentation mit 20 Slides), inhaltlich ist noch einiges redundant. Eben “work in progress”.

“1. Most people’s learning in the workplace (around 80%) takes place outside of formal learning
2.There is no such thing as a training problem. …
3. Improving performance is more than just training …
4. The role of the Training/L&D dept involves more than just filling in the (knowledge and skills) gaps …
5. Most learning is social …
…”
