Der Autor, Nick Shackleton-Jones, ist Manager für “Online & Informal Learning” (!) bei der BBC. Das gefällt mir - und es ist auch das erste Mal, dass ich diese Aufgabenbeschreibung bei einem Manager lese! Aber auch, wie er den “Trainer of the Future” skizziert, ist lesenswert, weil er viele verstreute Bruckstücke zu einem Ganzen zusammenfügt. Seine acht Punkte:
