In Wikipedia heißt es derzeit: “Edupunk is an approach to teaching and learning practices that result from a do it yourself (DIY) attitude.” Der Wired hielt im September fest: “Edupunk n. Avoiding mainstream teaching tools like Powerpoint and Blackboard, edupunks bring the rebellious attitude and DIY ethos of ’70s bands like the Clash to the classroom.” Dem schloss sich auch die New York Times an. Doch dass der Edupunk hier schon seit längerer Zeit tanzt, ist mir entgangen.
