Harvard-Professor und Enterprise 2.0-Schöpfer Andrew McAfee hat seinen Studenten folgende Aufgabe gestellt: “Imagine that tomorrow you were named CEO of the organization you worked for immediately prior to coming to HBS (please name this organization in your response). What Enterprise 2.0 and/or Web 2.0 technologies, if any, would you introduce? Why?”

Von den Antworten war er so begeistert, dass er sie anonymisiert, geordnet und hier publiziert hat. Dabei hat er sie vier Kategorien zugeordnet: “capturing and sharing knowledge; finding information, expertise, and people; arriving at better answers; and improving efficiency and speed”. Darüber hinaus, und das ist sicher ein interessanter Ansatz, hat er geschaut, ob die vorgeschlagenen Lösungen eher Gruppen mit “strong”, “weak” oder “potential ties” unterstützen. Er verweist dabei auf sein “bullseye model”, das er an anderer Stelle bereits vorgestellt hat.
