So beginnt dieser Artikel, indem die Autorin sehr anschaulich und mit vielen Beispielen die Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Weblogs, Podcasts und Wikis in Bildungsprozessen beschreibt. Dabei geht es ihr vor allem darum aufzuzeigen, dass diese Tools wunderbar eine konstruktivistische Pädagogik unterstützen: “Looking at the evidence one can conclude that not only are blogs, Podcasts, and wikis effective, they are also affordable tools for constructive learning. They can facilitate key elements of constructive learning such as problem-based and collaborative learning, learner-centeredness, cognitive tools, social presence, interactivity, and support.”

Für Bildungseinrichtungen sind hier sicher interessante Beispiele dabei; für Unternehmen bleibt vielleicht vorerst der Rat, den sie in einem Halbsatz am Ende des Artikels versteckt: “… to get started with constructivist learning on a small scale, even if it’s only as an addition to a traditional training or course.” (via Lore Ress)
